$150K–$300K+ Earning Potential | Warm Leads | No Cold Calling

The Opportunity

This is not a typical plumbing job.

This is for someone who:

  • Knows plumbing inside and out 
  • Can walk into a home and instantly identify issues 
  • Communicates clearly and builds trust fast 
  • And most importantly… can close high-ticket jobs 

You’ll be selling:

  • Sewer repairs & replacements 
  • Water line re-routes 
  • Tank & tankless water heater systems 
  • Whole-home water filtration systems 
  • Drain cleaning & blockage solutions 
  • Fixture upgrades & replacements 
  • Tunneling jobs 

What You’ll Do

  • Run pre-qualified, inbound leads (no cold calling) 
  • Diagnose plumbing issues and present solutions on-site 
  • Build value and close jobs ranging from $1K to $30K+ 
  • Educate homeowners on long-term solutions vs quick fixes 
  • Use company pricing tools to generate estimates 
  • Follow up and maintain strong customer relationships 

What We’re Looking For

REQUIRED:

  • Strong plumbing experience (field and sales) 
  • Knowledge of: 
    • Sewer systems & repairs 
    • Water re-routing 
    • Water heaters (tank & tankless) 
    • Filtration systems 
    • Drain cleaning 
    • Fixture installations 
    • Tunneling projects 
  • Proven ability to sell or upsell services 
  • Clean driving record 

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Former plumber ready to move into sales

Job Description

Plumber Technician

Department:
Facilities/Maintenance

Reports To:
Senior Plumber or Plumbing Supervisor

Job Summary

Assists in the installation, repair, and maintenance of basic plumbing systems and fixtures under direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior plumbers with assembling, installing, and repairing pipes and fixtures.
  • Assist in diagnosing plumbing issues and performing minor repairs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools.
  • Carry materials and tools to job sites as needed.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of previous plumbing experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check. We are a drug-free company — no exceptions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces and at various heights.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
